Star Cassino Sydney
Our team is proud to announce our collaboration with Shape Construction, one of Australia's leading and most respected construction companies. Together, we have tackled one of the biggest and most challenging projects in our history, the full facade painting of the iconic Star Casino. This project required not only exceptional painting skills, but also advanced techniques in industrial abseiling and height safety systems.Our team of expert painters and abseilers, with their extensive experience, were able to safely access the high areas of the building and organize the installation and certification of all necessary anchor points and height safety systems. This was a crucial step in ensuring the safety of our team and the success of the project.
We used the highest quality of paint available in the market, the Dulux AcraShield paint system in a light color, which provided an unparalleled level of durability and protection for the facade. Our team of expert painters applied three coats of paint, ensuring a flawless and long-lasting finish.

Introducing the stunning transformation of 27 Waverley St. in Bondi Junction. Our expert team, armed with top-of-the-line Dulux products, transformed the moldy yellow building into a beautiful color scheme of gray, light brown, and dark blue, selected by the owners corporation. Our team took care of the entire process, from priming to applying three coats of weather-resistant paint. Pacific Waves Building Manly
The Pacific Waves at Manly project is a prime example of our commitment to safety and quality. The building had a potential fire hazard on its facade, which posed a risk to the residents and the building itself. The insurance company required that this hazard be removed before they would renew coverage.We were brought on to complete all the necessary remedial work, which included removing the wood feature from the facade. This was a complex and delicate process, but our team of skilled technicians were able to remove the hazard without causing any damage to the building.
Once the hazard was removed, we began the full restoration and painting of the building's facade. Our team used the latest techniques and materials to ensure a long-lasting and beautiful finish. We also conducted a thorough inspection of the entire building to identify any additional potential hazards.
The end result was a safer, more beautiful building that fully complies with the insurance company's requirements. The Pacific Waves at Manly project is a shining example of our dedication to providing top-notch remedial work and restoring high-rise buildings to their full potential

We are thrilled to announce that SAS Projects successfully completed a high-rise painting project at the entrance in December 2022. Upon arrival, we discovered water-proofing issues and hazardous falling drummy render. However, our team of specialist abseilers repaired all the damaged render, replaced all the damaged caulking in the construction joints, and silicones around the windows to ensure that the high-rise building was 100% water-proofed. Our team then applied the top-of-the-line Acra Tex Dulux Water Proofing Facade Paint.We are proud to say that our client was satisfied with the time frame and quality of work done by our team.
